Aharen-San wa Hakarenai is currently one of the most beloved romantic slice-of-life manga on multiple manga reading sites. Fans for years have been waiting for its anime adaptation and their prayers were finally answered when the anime adaptation was officially announced in June 2021.
It is a simple love comedy story between two introverts Raidou, a regular high school teenage boy and his classmate Aharen who has a hard time understanding personal boundaries and is often unpredictable. It is a story born out of misunderstandings, full of cute and fluff moments.
Studio Felix Films, a relatively new studio is animating the series with Tomoe Makino, and Yasutaka Yamamoto serving as chief directors. Takao Yoshioka is handling the series’ scripts and Yuko Yahiro is drawing the character designs. Meanwhile, Satoru Kosaki and MONACA together are composing the music.

Plot Of The Anime:
Short, quiet Reina Aharen sits next to Raido in class. She is not so good at gauging the distance between people (or personal boundaries), and Raido initially senses some distance between the two of them. Then one day, when Raido picked up the eraser that Aharen had dropped, the distance between them suddenly became uncomfortably close. From “way too distant” to “way too close”. To him, Aharen is simply unpredictable.

It has been confirmed that “Aharen-San” anime will run for 12 episodes based on the Blu-ray information from the official site. The show will air from April 2, 2022, to June 18, 2022, and a new episode will be released every week on Saturday at 02:30 AM JST.
Aharen-San wa Hakarenai English dub Release
As for the English dub, it will be added eventually since Crunchyroll isstreaming the show has a good track record of dubbing each of their original anime. However, it might even take weeks or months. Our best guess is that the Aharen-San Dub will release in May 2022.

Aharen-San wa Hakarenai also known as Aharen-San in short is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Asato Mizu. It is published in Shueisha’s ShoneJump+ service since January 2019 and its chapters have Been collected into 12 compiled volumes. An anime adaptation by Felix Films premiered in April 2022.
